Annual Registration:

Rush Swim Team has two required annual registration fees:

• Rush Team Registration: $200 per swimmer, due upon joining and renewed each August.
• USA Swimming Membership: $110 per swimmer, Opens up September 1st for 2025-2026 season. This fee is paid directly through the USA Swimming website and is mandatory for all athletes, whether or not they participate in meets. Swimmers must be registered with USA Swimming to practice with Rush.

Annual Pricing Model (9-Month Cycle):

Rush will now be operating on a 9-month billing cycle from September through May. Swimmers who register by September 30th and maintain continuous enrollment receive free practices during the summer months (June, July, August).

Swimmers who join after September 30th will continue monthly billing through the summer months.

Group Pricing:

• Development: $170 per month

• Age Group: $195 per month

• Senior: $220 per month

Meet Fees:

All competitors are required to pay an entry fee to the host team for all meets. Fees are per event (typically $8-$15) plus a per-swimmer "splash fee" (typically $5-$10). In order to facilitate the entry process, RUSH pays the entry fees for the team and then bills each athlete for their entries.

Meet fees are invoiced upon acceptance into the meet and included in the following month's billing along with monthly dues.

For a one day meet, there is a $10 coaching fee. For 2-3 day meets, a $15 fee, and if a meet is outside of the Austin area, there is a $25 per swimmer Coaching Fee that helps to cover the cost of travel for the team coaches.

Account Inactive Policy:

We encourage year-round participation for consistent progress and to qualify for free summer months.

If you need to pause your swimmers account:

• Email notice must be sent to swimcoach@greathillscc.org by the 25th of the prior month.
• Rejoining is only allowed if space is available in the original group
• Free summer months will no longer apply
• A $100 re-registration fee will be charged for rejoining.
• Multiple suspensions may result in removal from the team roster

Payment Policy:

Coaches are unable to take payment at the pool at any time.

Rush accepts ACH (bank draft) payments, credit cards or checks made out to GHCC.

• ACH Payments are fee-free and recommended! They are automatically processed on the 15th of the month.
• Credit card payments incur a 2.95% processing fee
• A $50 late fee applies to all failed payments
• Accounts not paid by the 20th of the month will be placed on hold and swimmers will not be allowed to participate until balances are paid in full.
